Founder of Lagom   Based in NYC

Hi, I'm Eric Pierce, a New York-licensed psychotherapist with 13+ years of experience in the field of mental health. Here at Lagom, my mission is to help you bring balance to seemingly disconnected aspects of your life, strengthening your relationship between thoughts, feelings, and actions to serve your personal goals and values.

As your therapist, I will work to integrate all the bits and pieces of life into a bigger picture to help make self-care more satisfying and rewarding. By practicing Lagom, together we can break down the cloud that leaves you feeling stuck or defeated. We will distinguish helpful vs harmful coping strategies, and practice effective decision-making to open the doors to a new you.

Lagom is a therapeutic approach that has resulted from my work with clients from many different backgrounds. If you or a loved one find yourself putting too much energy or focus in one place, and not enough in others, please reach out to schedule a free consultation.
